A fee of $10.00 will be deducted from the ticket value for all refunds processed. In the event your ticket is non-refundable, you still have up to one year from the date of purchase to completely use your ticket credit. (change/upgrade fees may apply). We do our best to process refunds expeditiously, however, please allow up to a maximum of 2 weeks processing time for refund requests.
